Thank you for shopping with NailzbyTori Cosmetics. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our skincare items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives wrong, damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Photos must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of products to be eligible for replacement.

Shipping
All products will be shipped within the U.S and U.S territories. No international shipping is offered at this time.
Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request via email, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your item(s) will be replaced and sent to the original order's address. Please allow up to 72 hours for an email response to resolve such issues.
In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock or discontinued, you will receive a refund or future discount in the amount of that item.
